Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of the kōdlo Terms of Use and applies to all paid subscriptions to the kōdlo Platform, operated by Reinode Software z o.o. (“kōdlo”, “we”, “us”). Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Use.
- Merchant of Record
Payments, taxes, and invoicing are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, which is the seller of record for every transaction. Refunds are issued through Paddle and are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and Paddle’s Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).
- Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund where a request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect that prevents you from accessing the features or benefits as described, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable law.
If you receive a refund, access to the relevant subscription will cease. If you cancel without a refund, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and prevents any further payments being taken.
- How to request a refund
You can request a refund directly through Paddle using the links in your Paddle e-mail receipt or your Paddle billing page, selecting “Request refund”. You can also e-mail us at info@kodlo.ai from the e-mail address on the account, including your workspace name and the transaction ID from your Paddle receipt, and we will forward the request to Paddle.
- Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes take effect for charges made after the updated policy’s effective date.
